About
Chris Saribay and this site
Note: Corporate types may want to skip to my resumé. You might not.
I'm Chris Saribay (gee, I hope by now we've established that much), a grand young visionary of a person. In truth, I like to think of myself as relatively normal person that sticks out of the crowd like a diamond in the rough.
A really huge diamond.
But in all seriousness, I often like to draw parallels. I'm not going to break this old habit of mine, so let's think of life like dice. Not the fuzzy sort that hang from your rear-view mirror, no no, the type that comes with Yahtzee. Yes, dice that one throws to get a sum of dots that often decide what measure, or action, one takes. There's a finite but wide number of possibilities, and a certain probability that you'll have one over another. In that spirit, I'm a firm believe that you can get a different pair of dice with dots set to your liking if your throws end up to be less than optimal.
Translation: I believe in equal opportunity, not equal outcome.
Let's get to the meat of the matter here. I'm an 20 year old male living on a wee little island in the center of the friggin Pacific ocean, susceptible to tsunamis, hurricanes, earthquakes, flashfloods and other such atrocities. Born in Rochester, New York, United States, Earth, Milky-Way Galaxy, myself, Christopher Aaron Saribay born on November 24, 1987, am a great and unique individual.
I have a (n) affinity passion for
Apple, Inc.
and their insanely great products. This would importantly include Macintosh, arguably the
best series of personal computers on terra firma. One can probably deduce that as
a consequence, I own some very expensive gear from the company. Unlike many of my peers, almost all of these
purchases were self financed, hopefully marking some financial responsibility on my
own behalf. My personal interest in Apple's products led me to resurrect a well known Mac community based website in 2001.
Aside from that, I love taking to the skies. Aviation is a great interest.
I have a firm believe in strong moral values, with an emphasis of knowing right between wrong. It amazes me that as time progesses, our society becomes more and more corrupt, losing a sense of any morality- and to a greater extent, soul. What a terrible thing to lose indeed.
I enjoy chocolate.
I like the color blue.
I'm easily annoyed by socially immature and needy persons.
I value education when it's practical.
I'm currently single, and not actively looking (though do believe in fate).
I think that covers most matters relating to myself, Chris Saribay. If you need to get more information, contact, harrass or otherwise get in touch, email me at chrissaraibay@mac.com . If you're important, you can call me at (407) 361-0274. I rest my case.
